Low Season: January, February, March November, December
Mid Season: April, May, second half of September, October
High Season: June, July, August, first half of September and holidays
The minimum stay required is 2 nights in low and mid-season. During high season, stays must be weekly from Saturday to Saturday, except for possible 'last minute' offers. For stays lasting less than a week, the tariff is 40 euro per person per night.
This price includes all linen for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, TV, fully-equipped kitchen, parking space, garden with table and chairs, loungers and umbrellas for the private guest beach, wood for the apartments with a fireplace. This price does not include the final cleaning (30 euro per apartment) or heating.
To book, after confirming availability, a deposit is needed by means of bank transfer, equal to 30% of the total price for the stay.
Payment must be made within 10 days of the day of arrival, using the same means as the deposit.
Upon arrival, guests must provide a form of identification (passport or ID) to fulfil the requirements of the law.
The check-in time to the accommodation is between 4pm and 9pm.
The accommodation must be vacated by 10am on departure day.
