This price includes all linen for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, TV, fully-equipped kitchen, parking space, garden with table and chairs, loungers and umbrellas for the private guest beach, wood for the apartments with a fireplace.
The minimum stay required is 2 nights in low and mid-season. During high season, stays must be weekly from Saturday to Saturday, except for possible 'last minute' offers.
To book, after confirming availability, a deposit is needed by means of bank transfer, equal to 30% of the total price for the stay. Payment must be made cash on arrival.
Upon arrival, guests must provide a form of identification (passport or ID) to fulfil the requirements of the law.
The check-in time to the accommodation is between 4:00pm and 6:30pm.
The accommodation must be vacated between 10:00pm and 11:00am on departure day.
